Requesting Extra Energy to Write

Use this meditation whenever you would like to receive extra energy to write your article, story, or novel.

This helps relax and clear your mind of worries and disrupting thoughts so that the right words may flow to you and thru you to your project .

Start by thinking of the project you like to focus your energy on.

Ask yourself, am I really ready to write my thoughts down for others to read? Am I comfortable to have my work out?

Now imagine the most beautiful light filling your body, starting from the top of your head, feel light relaxing your head, smoothening your brows and moving down your chin and down your neck, filing you with deep relaxation…

This is your time for you. Feel the light warming you up as it continues to flow down your shoulders, relaxing, them. You are perfect and everything is all right in the world. Feel the light move down your chest, and your arms, out thru your hands. You know you have stories to tell and you love writing them down for all to read. As you think this, beautiful, healing light continues to flow down your stomach, your things, down your legs and thru your feet.

Now imagine yourself writing. You love it. You’re enjoying yourself. Everything you write is perfect. You are writing the story from your heart and you know it is good. You are talented. Writing is easy and effortless. Writing is fun and fulfilling. Release any expectations. You know you are writing the best you know how and you accept what it brings you. You feel at peace with your writing. You know what is best will happen with your writing.

Start to come back now and open your eyes, feeling refreshed and ready to write!
